Refund policy

Refund Policy — Ome by Spacebar Coffee

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase. To initiate a return, 
email hello@ome.coffee with your order number and let us know 
whether the bag is sealed, split, or open. We will assess each 
case individually.

Items must be returned in their original packaging. Return shipping 
costs are borne by the customer unless the item was damaged or 
incorrectly sent.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the 
returned item.
