From Finca La Primavera in Cauca, grown by Dilio Pechene. Pink Bourbon and Tabi varieties, washed. First place in Best of Cauca 2025 — one of Colombia's most rigorous regional competitions. Lot No. 1 is exactly what it sounds like.

Mirra is based in Kingston, New York. They roast Nordic-light — super light, minimal intervention, letting origin lead. Expect high sweetness, subtle fresh fruit and tea texture, no browning notes.
