Approximately 800 smallholders from Aricha village deliver their cherries to Adorsi, a relatively new station that primarily collects and processes Kerume and mixed Ethiopian landraces, also known as heirloom varieties. The station produces mainly washed lots, delivering a taste profile for which the Yirgacheffe region is beloved — delicate, tea-like, and expressive of its terroir.
