500g Espresso Doi Pangkhon Kenya Style

Processed Kenya-style washed — a double fermentation approach that adds clarity and lift. On this Thai coffee it gives you clean sugarcane sweetness, pear, almond, and a herbaceous undertone. Closer to home than most of what we carry, and worth trying for it.

Light to medium espresso roast. Pull it as a single or use it in milk — it holds up well either way. A sweet joy of a coffee to pull behind our bar and hope it is too at yours!

Roasted 30th June. Start from day 10–14.
