Bona Black Honey — Alo Coffee · 200g

Another lot from Tamiru Tadesse at Alo Coffee — the same producer behind our Bore Suke and Wene. This one's from Bona, processed black honey. More mucilage left on during drying than a standard honey process — keeps it complex and layered without going full natural. White florals and persimmon up front, orange and honey underneath. Delicate but with presence.

Very light filter roast, 2400 MASL.

Roasted 30th June. Start from day 10–14, peak around day 21–30.
